6-Bedroom Villa for Sale in Alanya with Sea and Castle Views, Tepe–Bektaş

A detached 390 m² villa with six bedrooms and two living rooms (6+2) is for sale at Oasis Sky Club Villas, a gated community on the hillside of Tepe and Bektaş above Alanya. From its terraces you see the three things people come here for: the castle peninsula, the open sea and the green Taurus Mountains. The villa comes fully furnished, with its own pool, garden and parking. If you're looking at villas for sale in Alanya for a large family, somewhere quiet yet only 10–15 minutes from town, this should be near the top of your list.

The view: castle, sea and mountains

The house is built into the slope and faces the sea. Its Mediterranean architecture, with arched windows and timber shutters, is clear from the first glance. The semi-circular upper terrace looks straight out over the rock of Alanya Castle and the coastline, with wooded hillsides rising on either side. At sunset the sun drops into the sea behind the castle, the view locals drive up to Tepe to watch. The slope falls away in front of the house and there's no dense building ahead, so the sea, castle and mountain views stay open.

Layout: 6+2 across 390 m²

The villa has six bedrooms, two living rooms and four bathrooms, including an en-suite. The lower level is the heart of the home, with a long kitchen island topped in travertine, a gas hob, built-in appliances and an American-style fridge. Beside it there's a dining table for eight and a lounge that opens to the pool, and glazed timber doors connect the kitchen directly to the covered pool terrace. A second, closed kitchen comes in handy when the house is full.

Upstairs, a second living room with a fireplace, exposed timber beams and a long sofa beneath a wall of windows is made for quiet evenings. Arched doors open onto the large semi-circular terrace, with a wrought-iron balustrade and a retractable awning. Floors are travertine and ceramic throughout, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating. There's also air conditioning, instant water heaters, a steel front door and an intercom.

Pool, garden and outdoor kitchen

The private mosaic-tiled pool is fenced, which makes it practical for families with children. The travertine terrace has sun loungers and a lounge corner looking out to sea. Under a pergola with a retractable roof there's an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, a bar counter and a large corner sofa. The garden is planted with olive, palm and citrus trees, and the villa has its own open parking on a cobbled forecourt.

Community facilities

Besides each villa's private pool, Oasis Sky Club Villas has a shared outdoor pool and a children's pool, a gym, sauna, hammam, billiards, table tennis, a playground and a barbecue area. There's also Wi-Fi in common areas, central satellite TV, a back-up generator and on-site staff.

Location: Tepe and Bektaş

Tepe and Bektaş are elevated districts north of Alanya centre, made up mostly of private villas and low-rise complexes rather than dense town building. The beach is about 4 km away and the town centre 10–15 minutes by car. Dolmuş minibuses run up from the centre, and the castle cable car is close by. Gazipaşa airport is about 45 km away and Antalya airport about 125 km.
