Ulubey Azamov

I'm Ulubey Azamov. I grew up in Kazan, have lived in Alanya for five years and have worked in real estate for many years. At Azam Agent my job is to make buying property in Turkey clear and safe — from the first shortlist to the title deed and getting the utilities connected.

Why I write these articles

Most buyers' problems come not from a complicated process but from not being told about it in time. On the blog I explain in plain words what people usually learn only after the deal: taxes, residence permit documents, the differences between districts and the pitfalls of off-plan purchases. I check the figures against official sources and update the articles when the rules change.
